1 Cut the bread into slices and soak them well with milk.
2 Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and fry in a pan with hot oil until
browned, drain and set aside.
3 Mix in a bowl the beef, pork, garlic and parsley, egg and bread
soaked in milk, let stand at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors integrate well, putting the
pinch of salt and pepper, shape the meatballs with oil smeared hands.
Flour 4 meatballs and fry in hot oil until sealed and golden
out.
5 In a pan put a little oil fry the meatballs, add the onion, garlic, minced, and
bay leaf.
6 When you are poached onion, add the peppers and chopped carrot, and let it fry
